Die Terasse
Wir waren mit Sohn und Enkelin unterwegs, hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das eine war im vierten Stock das andere im sechsten Stock. Eine Änderung war nicht möglich. Abends war es nicht möglich, aufgrund der Arbeitsüberlastung des Personals noch einen Drink an der Bar zu erhalten. Die Matratzen waren viel zu hart.

Saubere kleine Zimmer, ruhig. Supermärkte direkt nebenan. Bahnhofsnähe.
Kein warmes Wasser am morgen, funktioniert wohl nicht. Keine Rabatt, keine Entschuldigung. Keine Service, daher würde ich dieses Haus in Zukunft meiden. Werde mich bei Ibis auch direkt melden, so etwas geht gar nicht!
