There was no wifi and the TV volume could not turn up or down.

Hotel is getting older and need recovered refreshing if you similar to others holiday IN this is not worth this money, extra charge for open spaces parking small and everybody can ace's to your car is no worth to pay

Easy access. Good for a one night stay.

Noise of water from the toilet all the night I asked for assistance but no one solved the problem

There was no a/c as advertised. It didn’t blow cold air (I know this is common in Europe). Therefore we left the window open. However around 1am, our neighbor was smoking out her window which flowed into our room.

Good location, nice decor. There isn’t a clear sign of getting to the hotel parking by car so we had to drive around the building. Bathroom sink was blocked. We called reception in the evening and been told they would send someone in 10 mins. Nobody turned up until we checked out the next day.

This hotel is a scam for the summer months. They say they have air conditioning but they only run it when they see fit. We visited in May when outside temperatures were around 30 C and the inside temperature was 28 C (!). It was unbearable. When we first realized the A/C wasn't working (after waking up in a sweat), we called down to the front desk to see about getting a different room, only to be told the A/C wasn't "on this time of year". So we asked if we could open our SINGLE locked window and told "no". We were miserable and couldn't sleep at all the whole night. It was awful. To make everything worse though, Hotels.com, of which I've been a member for almost 12 years, did absolutely nothing to resolve this. Not a thing. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking with two separate people, I was just told over and over how this wasn't Hotels.com's "responsibility". But, the fact of the matter is Hotels.com is clearly not vetting their hotels whatsoever, because we specifically filtered for hotels with A/C, which caused this one to come up - but, if Hotels.com bothered to actually vet with the hotels that their A/Cs are USABLE, they would have realized that this hotel has no right to list A/C as an ameninty. The only saving grace of this situation was the kind frontdesk team, whom I do not fault for the failings of the hotel at which they work. The hotel itself and Hotels.com however, behaved atrociously and absolutely let me down.

I stayed in 2015 at this hotel and everything was fine, but this time...... The staff from the hotel was very friendly, but the problem was with the room. I experience a noise thet can't be stopped from the AC all the night, and this was a nightmare for me. Secondly is about the breakfast. In this pandemic period the breakfast is a challenge for all. The boiled egg's was not good at all.

The location is ok, walkable to the main city area. On-site parking rate (per night) was fair and allowed for multiple entries/exits. Breakfast was only ok. Room comfort pretty ok. However, the design and layout of the toilet was terrible. It was tiny with an awkward door swinging position. The basin/mirror position was also awkward. The worst of all was the transparent acrylic piece sticking out of the wall that you can place your toothbrush, cups, etc, and the corners on the acrylic are not buffed/smoothened. I got a huge deep cut on my arm by the very sharp edge. Please be careful.

Arrived rather late, but had excellent service from reception. No issues with room or breakfast. The walk from the train station felt much further than quoted.

The best stay we have had on our trip - perfect location - staff amazing - new hotel well appointed - next to pretty park and stream - lovely shopping area over the road. Everything about our stay was top notch. 1.3 km walk from train nice and flat.

Good modern business hotel with very decent breakfast using real tableware (my gripe at express hotels in the US). Friendly staff and convenient parking.

This is a ridiculously priced property.... far better to stay elsewhere! I was caught short and had to pay the price! The staff was excellent and hotel was clean... just way over priced!

This hotel is very wonderful. I don't have anything against this hotel very nice clean and friendly.The best of all is breakfast my daughter love the full automated pancake machine she enjoyed it.

The location is good with good restaurants within walking distance. The service team was friendly. Plus parking was available though it was pay parking.

Staff is kind, and there are good restaurants around the hotel.

property was fine, the third bed in the room was not a bed. it was a pull out sofa bed in very poor shape, the hotel said they could do nothing about it. The Expedia listed the rate at$154.00 CAD a night. however I was charged almost $2000.00 for the sofa bed/3rd person. the agent on the told me it would be a bed. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with Expedia that cost me $200.00. I will not use Expedia or Holiday Inn in the future. I would love hear back from Expedia.

Breakfast was superb. Hotel was clean and convenient. Shopping close by. Bathroom was small, but we made it work. Internet was good. I would recommend this hotel. Laid out about the same as in the USA.

Excellent hotel!

Hotel room is OK - in need of an update but I think this is planned. Biggest issue was the amount of mould in the shower seals - it was pretty bad. It just isnt nice !

Room was dirty, stains and marks all over the floor. Bathroom also not cleaned.Wi-Fi was so slow emailing was impossible. Paid £5 per day for the premium, but that was still very slow. Parking was expensive and not listed on the expedia page. Free breakfast was covered in flies and made my miss a day of work due to becoming ill.Shower had no water pressure and hardly any hot water.

Staff friendly and helpful

Generally, I have had positive experience with Holiday Inn Express when booking twin rooms. Whereas with other Expedia bookings it is not always clear if you will get a twin room or a double.Holiday is spacious and near all the key spots in Singen town. We easily found a restaurant nearby that suited our taste.The breakfast was very good at the hotel and the parking was very convenient.

Rooms are a bit small, but very clean. Bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Parking a bit expensive. Wifi connection is cumbersome. Price was reasonable.

Great location in the city center. Nearby restaurants and lovely park to walk and enjoy.
