Evian 105 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living space is open to the kitchen and dining area and has new hardwood floors and fresh neutral paint. There is a queen size pullout couch too. The kitchen is equipped for all occasions whether you want to cook and eat in or order out. We had a wonderful stay! We asked the host for food recommendations, and every spot was so yummy all just a short bike ride away, which made exploring easy and fun. We tried Hinoki, Ruan Thai, and Java Burrito, and they were all fantastic. Overall, the condo is in a great location..not far from the beach, with great restaurants and grocery stores all within biking distance. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend stay here!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was once again outstanding. It was very clean, with charming decor. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are nearby. You are close to everything but the property feels secluded and private. The golf courses, tennis courts, and pool were great for our family and we love the bikes! Cheryl was easy to work with and great communicator.

My mom, dad, husband and I stayed here for approximately a week. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend! The host was available when we had questions and was very hospitable! Check in and check out was super easy. We will be staying again someday!
