This villa, which includes all new flooring, new furniture throughout, and all new Sealy mattresses on each bed (including the queen sleeper sofa), is located on the picturesque tree-lined streets in this beautifully laid out complex of French-inspired villas. 182 Evian has long views of the 6th hole of the Shipyard Golf Club. Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.
As you approach this newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath first-floor villa, the view opens to an expansive lagoon with a gazebo at the end of a walkway. Sneak a peek at the turtles, watch the alligators, relax with your favorite book, or sip sweet tea with friends. Next to the serene lagoon is an inviting pool and there are multiple lighted tennis courts, too. * Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Evian features a spacious pool and sundeck, plus lighted tennis courts and 4 brand-new pickleball courts to keep you moving. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable, with access to Shipyard's private beach club, an extensive trail network, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

The villa was close to many places but nothing really within walking distance. The pathways and roads were nice to walk and tennis and pickle ball courts were nearby.When we arrived the door code didn’t work but a phone call to the office resolved the situation quickly. The villa was tastefully decorated, clean and more than ample for the two of us. The furniture and the primary King bed were all very comfortable. (We didn’t use the second bedroom but the beds seemed new and the room was more than large enough for two). Closets were large in both rooms.The kitchen is well kitted out with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. that we needed. Even a blender and choice of keurig or drip coffee maker.We had an issue with the in-sink disposal but was resolved really quickly by maintenance.The only cons were that the back patio could use a clean. Cobwebs and debris were everywhere and couldn’t sit out there until we did a thorough wipe down. The only other issue was in the primary bath. After a week mould was evident in the grout and by end of week two it was in most of the grout on the lower level of the shower. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very enjoyable stay. Slight problem with the first keycodes we were given but the management company were quick to reply and got us into the unit.
