The layout is very open to family activities or just relaxing with a good book. Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 7, this lovely villa features a cheery and fully-equipped kitchen perfect for easy breakfasts, packing a lunch for the beach, or preparing a meal for everyone to enjoy in the dining area or on the oversized deck. The living area is wonderful for having fun gatherings like game or movie nights. And the location is unbelievable!
Shipyard resort has 27 holes of golf, miles of wonderful shaded bike paths and easy beach access only a short distance away. Free parking at the Shipyard beach house or an easy bike ride, too. Just outside the entrance to Shipyard you will find over 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of bike paths and over 400 tennis courts. Free tennis is included at the Evian tennis courts, too.

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Evian features a spacious pool and sundeck, plus lighted tennis courts and 4 brand-new pickleball courts to keep you moving. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable, with access to Shipyard's private beach club, an extensive trail network, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

This location was absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. The house is cozy and functional. Really appreciated the activities closet. Great beach gear including chairs and boogie boards. My son loved the pickleball set. The beds are comfortable and extra throw blankets around the house were much appreciated. The view onto the pond with all the wildlife as well as the golf course were very entertaining. The only things missing are overhead fans in the bedrooms to help move the cooler air around.And a larger pantry space for food but neither affected the enjoyment of our visit. Will definitely be back.

Great location in Shipyard. Close to the beach. I enjoyed the view from the terrace. Picturesque golf course view with lots of wildlife. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with lots of windows. The kitchen had all the amenities and furniture was comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay, walkable location and we used bikes to get around. We enjoyed the Bank nearby.
