About this apartment rental
This 3BR/3.5BA townhouse BRigantinhas the best location in Shipyard Plantation! Through a private beach gate, Brigantine Quarters has ONE OF THE SHORTEST WALKS TO THE BEACH in all of Shipyard Plantation. If you prefer, you can also ride your bike to the beach, or drive and park free of charge at the convenient Shipyard boardwalk. Sonesta Resort, Van de Meer Racquet Club, Shipyard Golf Club (with 27 holes) & Beach Club are less than 5 minutes from our condo. Coligny Plaza is also less than a 5-minute bike ride & you are only 2 blocks from the beach through our private gate. We are located mid-island, so close to Harbor Town, Shelter Cove marina & an abundance of restaurants.
The townhouse (sleeps 8) and is one of only six units you will find where EVERY bedroom has its own private full bath for the utmost in comfort, privacy and convenience. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, dressing area with double sinks, separate room with tub/shower, and sliding doors to access the screened in porch backing to the lagoon. On the second floor you will find the second (queen) bedroom with full bath, and third (twin beds) bedroom also with its own full bath.
With two spacious levels, 1,863sf total, everyone has a place to relax. Besides the master suite located on the first floor, you will enjoy a large great room (which has scenic lagoon view, a cozy fireplace, sofabed, and entertainment center with TV/DVD). Also, on the first floor is a roomy kitchen, two separate dining areas, 1/2 bath, screened-in porch (with a third dining area) and a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
The outdoor amenities are outstanding as well. The TWO OUTDOOR POOLS (one heated in March, April, September and October) and TWO FREE TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS are JUST STEPS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR, along with a children's playground, outdoor grills, picnic areas, outdoor bench swings and full access to Shipyard Plantation amenities (miles of paved bike paths which you can enjoy with easy delivered bike rentals).

Fantastic place. Very clean and plenty of room. Excellent location with 2 pools within steps of the villa and a playground. I’m 5’8” 200 lbs, closer to 60 than 50(for reference) and it took me 7 minutes to the beach and 14 minutes to Coligny Plaza via my short legs.
