The Sands is a perfect location as it is steps away from Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza , dining, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park and the new Adventure Playground. Condo was very clean. Communication with owner was outstanding. Plus the owner lets you use his beach gear, which is a huge plus! And most importantly the condo is just a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to Colginy!

Perfect for our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean & well stocked! Host was prompt to reply! Love proximity to coligny! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very comfortable and very enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The pool was right outside the door and was very enjoyable on the hot afternoons. The walk to the beach was only 2-3 blocks. The location of the condo was amazing as restaurants and shops were very close by. We ate at several restaurants within walking distance and they were all excellent. When we did drive to a restaurant, it was a very short drive. The host was responsive to my questions and concerns. I talked to several owners during the week and they had positive comments about the property. We absolutely enjoyed our week at Hilton Head and condo for the week was perfect.

Living area of property was nice, some stains on the furniture but overall ok. The bathrooms need updated. Outside of unit needs updated,
