The Sands is a perfect location as it is steps away from Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza , dining, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park and the new Adventure Playground. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very comfortable and very enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The pool was right outside the door and was very enjoyable on the hot afternoons. The walk to the beach was only 2-3 blocks. The location of the condo was amazing as restaurants and shops were very close by. We ate at several restaurants within walking distance and they were all excellent. When we did drive to a restaurant, it was a very short drive. The host was responsive to my questions and concerns. I talked to several owners during the week and they had positive comments about the property. We absolutely enjoyed our week at Hilton Head and condo for the week was perfect.

The condo was well stocked, clean, and had different beds than showed in the pictures on listing (which the different setup accommodated us better). Loves having the beach closet to put our sandy items in and not have to put them back in the car everyday. Overall a wonderful stay and great host, who was very responsive when I would send a message.

Living area of property was nice, some stains on the furniture but overall ok. The bathrooms need updated. Outside of unit needs updated,
