Townhouse Tennis #18 has new owners and have made several updates throughout the home. You will feel right at home on the island with this bright & comfortable decor. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Beautiful Views, Quiet Townhome, perfect for relaxing, riding your bike or getting lost in a good book. This home has a King in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the guest bedroom, and 1 Double & 1 Twin in the 3rd Bedroom + queen sofa bed. Shipyard is gated, and this townhouse is just a short distance to the beach parking within Shipyard Plantation. By biking along the leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard, guests have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. **TENNIS COURTS WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 2025 FOR MAINTENANCE** The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

The property's was great however the rental agency Seashore vacations were extremely rude and their check in process was not accurate. I've came to HHI twice per year for over 20 years and this was my first experience with Seashore vacations.

Overall, the townhouse was clean, comfortable and located near many great restaurants, bars and other activities. The back patio has great views and is where we spent most of the time. However, some minor upgrades (electrical, doors off tracks, furniture fixes, etc.) are needed. Looking forward to returning in the future!

My mom and I chose Townhouse Tennis 18 for our annual mother/daughter trip to Hilton Head Island, and we were both shocked and disappointed with the unit. From the start, I found the cleaning subpar. There were food crumbs all over the dining table and on the sofa cushions and there was sand on the floor. All of the carpets and area rugs are very stained and in desperate need of replacement. The bedding was shabby in the twin/double room. Initially, upon entering the house on day one, it smelled of cleaning solution but by the end of the week it started smelling musty, and the fridge and freezer smelled musty the whole week. The toilet in bathroom attached to the queen bedroom was leaking onto the floor from the base of the toilet and the AC unit, that is housed over the kitchen, wasn’t draining properly so it overflowed and was leaking thru one of the can lights over the kitchen sink, so we had to have an HVAC serviceman and plumber come into the house over the course of two days. The shower stall in the downstairs main bathroom was not cleaned well as the area inside the shower by the door hinge was pretty gross, and the shower pan had cracks (I didn’t verify if they appeared re-sealed or not), but standing in it had obvious soft spots indicating issues underneath. The vent fan cover in the downstairs main bathroom was not on the vent and the visible unit was disgusting looking, covered with dust, rust and grime. They provide plenty of bath towels but they are very small and thin. The accent chair in the living room was very visibly dingy and stained. The good? The view from the patio (the primary reason we selected this unit) is truly lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were reasonably comfortable and extra pillows and bedding was provided. The unit is large and very convenient to Coligny and other shops and restaurants. We would not stay here again and would not recommend.
