Welcome to 108 North Shore Place located directly across the street from the beach in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina! This is the perfect location and condo!
This condo has an open concept floor plan with two bedrooms and two full baths. The furnishings have recently been updated. This adorable condo has a beach theme throughout with pale yellow walls, blue furniture and beach décor and accents. The main living area is tiled while the bedrooms are carpeted.
To the left of the foyer is where the stackable washer and dryer are. To the right is the dining room with a light wood table that seats six. Straight ahead is your kitchen and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has a U-shaped counter with three stools – a great place to sit and have a snack! There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a blue queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat and a coastal blue chair. There is a 37” flat screen TV and an electric fireplace to create that relaxing ambiance you seek during vacation. Outside the living room is a covered balcony that has a round table that seats four plus two lounge chairs. Enjoy the breeze while reading a book or enjoy a meal outside.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, accent chair and 32” flat screen TV. There is also an access door to the covered balcony to take in the views before everyone gets up! The large private master bath has a single vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, off the foyer, offers two full size beds, an accent chair and 32” flat screen TV plus a private bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests also may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.

North Shores Place is a beautiful resort. Location was great, close to te beach, restaurants, and shops. 108 needs a little maintenance and some updates.
