This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located on the second floor which provides some of the best views of the golf course from the covered deck. The dining area on the covered deck is the perfect gathering place for family and friends or to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. The deck also features an uncovered area where you can soak up the sun in one of the lounge chairs! Inside, the open floorplan provides the perfect space to relax while still being able to enjoy the lagoon view with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room features seating for 6 and provides access to the deck with additional outdoor dining. The spacious living room provides comfort and luxury with a new 65” smart TV and dedicated workspace for anyone looking to work remotely!
Down the hall, the primary bedroom overlooks the golf course with a king-sized bed, a 40” smart TV, a sitting area with a twin futon, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The property was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for easy cooking. Unit has a really nice washer and dryer. Bed in primary bedroom was fairly comfortable. AC wasn't great...primary bedroom got hot at night. Shower in primary bathroom was really nice...several shower heads to choose from, big and walk in. Furniture on the deck was uncomfortable. The umbrella for the chairs on the sunny part of the deck was missing but there was an umbrella stand...maybe it blew away? The location was nice, on a lagoon and central to the neighborhood...easy walk to tennis/pickleball courts and pool area. The unit is pet friendly so we like that as we brought our four legged kids. We've stayed at several Evian properties over the years so better than others and we would stay at this one again.
