The property was well-maintained and clean. Upstairs loft area was perfect for kids to have their own space. Being central in Shipyard, it’s easy to ride bikes to the beach in one direction and the restaurants/shopping in the other. Would definitely stay again.

House was fantastic. Perfect location to walk across the street to the pool and a short 5 min drive to Shipyard Beach. It fit our needs perfectly.

The condo unit is clean, the layout is ideal and the location is great. There are some things that could be improved, but they are relatively minor.
The master bedroom and master bathroom are newly updated with ample room. The 2nd bedroom on the main level is also very nice, just quite a bit smaller. The 2nd bedroom shares a bathroom with the whole condo. The upstairs loft area has a queen bed, a single and a full bath. This bedroom was perfect for two teenagers.
The amenities were a little weak relative to other VRBOs that we have stayed in. My wife was frustrated with the lack of supplies that other places have provided for us. But, overall it was a very pleasant stay and the communication from management was excellent. I would recommend this unit in Shipyard for anyone looking for a nice overall condo.
