Guests will enjoy thoughtful amenities throughout their stay, including four adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, four backpack beach chairs, cable TV, WiFi, and access to the Shipyard Beach Club.
The main level welcomes you with a bright and open living space, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a charming decorative fireplace. Just beyond, a spacious dining area comfortably seats six, while the adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for four. Two well-appointed bedrooms are located on this level, including the primary suite with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home was very clean and well equipped. Also a very short drive to the beach. Loved the little porch where we could see the lagoon but there was a gate with a lick so grandchildren couldn’t wander off. All in all a great week in Evian development which we really like

We had a very nice stay at this property and would definitely consider returning. The listing was accurate—the unit is clean, spacious, and well furnished, and the layout worked well for our needs. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully stocked with all the essentials (aside from food), which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The living room furniture was also very comfortable, making it a great space to relax after a day out.The property was well-maintained overall, though there are a few minor signs of wear, particularly with some kitchen cabinets, the breakfast nook table, and the blinds. These were small details and did not impact our overall experience.Customer service was very good. Genesis from the management company was consistently helpful and responsive, which made the stay even smoother.One of our favorite parts was the peaceful lagoon view. It was such a treat to enjoy morning coffee while watching turtles—and even spotting an alligator from time to time.We would recommend this property to friends or family. It’s a comfortable, relaxing place to stay with great amenities and a lovely setting nearby to enjoy.

Great central location. Spacious. Pretty much as pictured and described. Walk to pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for the meals we cooked. Bikes, beach chairs, kids beach stuff were all great to have there. We truly enjoyed our stay. Really, not a single complaint. Our family included a mom, dad, 4-year-old, 2-year-old, a grandma, and a grandpa. Would definitely recommend. Planning on returning next year.

We stayed a week for vacation at the end of July. The house was well kept and even more spacious than the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient to beaches and restaurants as well as family we were visiting across the street in the Wexford neighborhood. Overall great house and great week!
