The view is stunning and people are lovely. Though the amenities are basic it feels so relaxing like a retreat. I felt so peaceful and could have spent longer there talking to the staff, stroking their lovely dogs and looking at that view.
Nothing it was perfect for money.

A beautiful property with stunning gardens and memorable views over Ella’s Gap.
The owners were so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way for us. They took the time to show us the garden plants and give us details on the area.
The breakfast was so good.

Yep - yet another guest here banging on about that view. Haha. But in all honesty it can't be overstated. Best of the best. Beautiful gardens too. Location is great - we did the Ella Rock hike from the door in 3 hour, and reached all the main sights on foot easily. The walk from town isn't as challenging as some folk have suggested. You'll be welcomed here like old friends :)

The staff are very attentive and 'Gajan' along with 'Sadeesh' are very obliging. The panoramic view from the balconies are breathtaking. There is convenient parking too. It is not too far away from the town and there is a taxi stand just as you exit the gate. The breakfast though simple was excellent!
Having been here 16 years back, there was a visible signs of dilapidation on the window frames and doors. The toilets fittings also need good upkeep as there were minor leaks. A mini-bar in each room would have been good to have. One fan made quite a racket when switched on. It will bode well for the place if the owners can invest a bit more on the upkeep of the facilities as the staff seem to be doing the best they can including manicuring the lawns well.
