The location is perfect - especially if you work with the university. Also, it is a very quiet street and the view into the old trees is very nice. The outside table and small braai is great. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The furniture is a bit old. No shade for outside sitting area.

Lovely detached 1 bed property in secure location and reserved parking. Great location in the heart of Stellenbosch, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet too, in a small cul d sac so no passing traffic. It was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped had everything we needed for our stay.

The bed was very comfortable.
No place to dry wet clothing after washed. Gate entry VERY small and feel boxed in by parking. Perfect for individual who is use to more space and movement. No communication received from owner whilst staying.
