The Old Chapel Apartment

Situated right in the heart of Chester, near the wall and The Rows, but tucked into a very quiet side street. Parking immediately opposite, £10 per day, but we were informed of this by the owners, and not a problem. Lovely communication beforehand, and key codes given just before arrival. We were on the 3rd floor, accessed by stairs, but communal areas spotless and excellent security. The apartment itself was of such a high standard. Spotless, well-equipped and beds very comfortable 👌 Nice touches such as good quality shower products, essentials such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, & cleaning products provided. We were also contacted by email after 1st day, to check everything was OK by the owner. The weather was 30' and the mezzanine was very warm initially, but the fan provided helped greatly. There is a Tesco express just a couple of minutes walk away, very handy. We had a thoroughly perfect stay, thank you 😊

The Chapel apartment is beautiful, so clean and in such a great location in the city.

Nothing, I can’t fault the apartment or the owners, they were so accommodating to us.

The apartment was gorgeous and it was so close to the centre, you couldnt really ask for a better location. It had all the amenities that you would require for a short stay. Host communication was also great. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

These are really picky things and definitely wouldn't stop me returning but there are a few areas that could do with a deep clean, oven, cupboards etc and I couldn't find a flat turner for fried eggs (but I could of just missed it). It would also be good to put a little more info in the welcome book about parking facilities in the area as it is either 1hr stay or you need a permit to park right outside.

Pillows have stains on them, bathroom smells of drains, no instructions on how to use appliances. Limited glasses (1 wine glass) & nothing to help with using oven or grill.
