About this house rental
Centrally located Guest House with its own parking for 1 vehicle. Close to most everything in Yuma. Washer and dryer, small kitchenette. Great for 1 or 2 people looking for a nice but reasonably priced place to stay.
The space
400 sq ft studio apartment with its own kitchen, restroom and washer plus dryer. Bedroom has a fullsize bed and living room has a futon sofa that folds down to a twin size bed. Most everything you need is in unit . Just add food, clothes and personal things and you'll be ready for a great stay.
Other things to note
Pots and pans are usually in the oven for you to use. We leave some coffee , sugar, creamer and have some bottled water as well. Wifi information is on modem.
Heat pump mini splits in living room and bedroom for heat and cooling.
