About this house rental
The Hillside Hacienda combines southwest decor and modern amenities making it the perfect little getaway. Make yourself at home in this stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome complete with an office space and recliners for added comfort. Hillside Hacienda is centrally located in the heart of Yuma located just minutes from Yuma Palms shopping center, variety of restaurants, charming downtown, and 1 mile from Yuma Regional Medical Center.
Additional Information:
-Parking is provided directly in front of the home in the driveway, space for 2 cars. Street parking is also allowed. There is no garage access.
- Laundry is located in a separate private room in the garage. Access to the laundry room will be given to those staying longer than 3 nights.The garage does not have direct access into the house.
-For Long-term stays: Approx 2 weeks worth of any toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies will be provided.
- No pets allowed to include service animals due to health concerns posed to the owner and other family members.
-Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am
- No unauthorized guests: unapproved guests are subject to an additional fee per guest
-No parties, no gatherings, absolutely no smoking inside or outside the premises, no pets. Additional fees will apply if these rules are not observed.
