Pros: Great communication by host and solved an issue we had with one of the TV firesticks quickly. Had laundry and dish necessities available. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Spacious layout.Cons: Old uncomfortable furniture; especially the mattresses. Very strong smell of a scented cleaner that was just too much for me. Some areas of home were not very clean and had thick dust.Overall I appreciate what we had for the price we paid, but I do believe things could be done to make someone’s stay more comfortable.

The place was nice and had plenty of beds, including a blowup king mattress. However, the previous people staying here smoked marijuana and the house smelled strongly of it as we entered. There were incense plugs and bottles in almost every room and on top of the weed smell it was intended to mask, it made a nauseating smell. We opened all the doors and windows and removed all the incense to the outside yard during our stay. Additionally, the master bathroom had a sewer smell that was pretty gross.
