Out front, you are treated to a beautiful oasis, surrounded by grass, mature trees, and a refreshing pool. From the back, you can enjoy amazing sunsets overlooking the Yuma Valley.

It includes a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops, a dining room, and a living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The main bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is just a few steps away from the second bathroom.
This townhouse is equipped with two Smart TVs and includes wireless Internet service. The living room features a TV with Spectrum cable along with Netflix and additional apps. to watch your favorite shows. The main bedroom's TV has local channels and Netflix. There is also a comfortable private patio area that includes a gas BBQ grill.
