This property was once the home of famous comic MARMADUKE cartoonist and creator, Brad Anderson! Enjoy a peaceful and private stay, sleeping in a KING mattress, from which you wont want to get up from. You will want to take some extra time to enjoy the rain shower, and enjoy a great movie or your favorite series on the comfy sectional. Washer/dryer is provided (cycles may take 2+hrs to run)

This is nice place for 2 adults using it for a place to sleep and shower only. The washer/dryer is a combo only with only hot water. You only get 3 towels and 1 hand towel. There are no dish clothes, no wash clothes. No welcome book or instructions for anything. Nice quiet street but you have to park on the street. No extra trash bags. book or instructions for anything.

This very spacious studio was cleverly decorated. The neighborhood seemed quite upscale and was very quiet, so we felt very safe.
The kitchenette had the basics, a 1/2 refrigerator w freezer, a Keurig having refillable pods (bring your own ground coffee). LOVED the overhead rain shower. The bed was pictured with legs, but was actually on the floor. My elderly husband had difficulty getting out of bed. It's surprising what a difference 4" make. BUT, we did arrive a day early and the host was able to accommodate us, so perhaps he hadn't had a chance to fix it.
There was a washing machine, but I didn't know how to use it with the Spanish labels. I think it also dried, which would have been nice to try.

Property was good for the price . Mattress was not comfortable at all. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 7 night stay. 3 bath towels only. No face cloths or hand towels. Recommend bring you own shampoo and body wash as bottles were near empty. No dish cloth. Washer / dryer combo worked for what we needed but takes a long time to complete.
