About this house rental

Our stylish and modern home has everything you need for your Yuma trip! Complete with a washer, dryer, and super fast Wi-Fi. During your stay you can also enjoy using a convenient indoor fireplace and fully stocked and updated kitchen. We have board games, an exercise machine, fire pit, BBQ, and a 65” 4K TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Apple TV. Our home is conveniently located near a hospital and several popular restaurants, hikes, bike paths, and coffee shops. We are centrally located in the heart of Yuma 3 miles from freeway access. Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed, queen size bed, double bunk room that sleeps four, and a sofa sleeper. Book now while we have availability! We know you will love our home and we look forward to hosting you!

Place was very clean, great curb appeal, well stocked, owner answers in timely manner. We ran out of propane for BBQ and he brought another tank over quickly. Perfect for a couple or even a family. Good sized backyard and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood!
