The place was mostly fine. It offers good separation for couples. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. There was some confusion with cleaning staff on our arrival date. Owner compensated us for the unit not being ready. The place could really use a good cleaning and a little maintenance. The faucets were loose on a few of the bathrooms, the walls, baseboards, and furniture could use a good cleaning. Tubs and showers drain slowly. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and the place could use a little tlc.

We had a family of 7 stay comfortably in this house (2 couples and 3 singles). Great safe location. Fenced yard. I searched for a place with hot tub and was bummed to find out it wasn’t working after I had booked it. Pool is not heated and waterfall rock isn’t working. Upon arriving, 2 bathrooms did not have hand soap and the dish soap in kitchen had been very watered down instead of replaced. Each closet had 2 bath towels and that’s it. No washcloths. No pool towels. I was unable to get a response from my main host contact since before our trip began but the cleaning guy responded and got us what we needed, including buying pool towels! Wi-Fi info was not in house like I was told, got that info day 3 of our 4 day trip. Was hard to locate remotes for some tvs. Master bath- no tv remote found and tub has a slow drain during bath. There were plates, cups, mugs, bowls, knives and cookware. Some silverware and plastic ware was left behind by others as the house doesn’t supply those. Bbq had no gas which we didn’t realize until we wanted to use it. Warning that this house has some steps that may be a hazard for elderly and those drinking: there’s an odd trip hazard going into the house at front, the chandelier living room has steps down into it and the stairs going up to second level are a little “loose” feeling. It’s also hard to get in and out of the pool because there’s no handrails and it’s a deep step in. All this being said, I would stay in this house again assuming the rooster is gone and the hot tub gets working! We loved the yard so much! We had some issues yes, but Evolve and the cleaning contact were very helpful as soon as they knew the issues!
