Ubytovanie bolo skutocne moderne, ciste, presvetlene, vyborne autobusove spojenie, ticha lokalita, blizko potraviny, o susedoch takmer nevediet. Ak sa aj zda vzdialenejsie od centra, autobusove spojenie je skvele aj cez vikendy. Zastavka autobusu je hned za rohom. I ked je ubytovanie blizko pristavu nakladnych prepravnych lodi, nerusi to. V noci je tiez prijemne tichucko. Za moju rodinu ozaj skvele ubytovanie! Velmi rada sa tam este vratim! Vysoko hodnotim ochotu, otvorenost, spolahlivost, komunikativnost ubytovatela!

Ubytovaniu nemam co vytknut!

The key handover, along with a short briefing, was done directly with the owner, who was incredibly flexible—we couldn't arrive until around 9 PM, but it was no problem. There’s also a super atmospheric elevator in the building. We stayed for 5 nights; during the day, both of us worked remotely, and in the afternoons, we explored Cinque Terre. The internet was very fast, stable, and reliable — which is not typical in Italy. ;) The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom is brand new. Very close to a Penny supermarket. Highly recommended!

De locatie was langs drukke weg in een industrieel gebied (haven) en 2 kilometer lopen naar het centrum langs de drukke weg

Un très beau séjour dans cet appartement, un peu à l’extérieur de La spezia , mais tellement bien desservi par le bus et le fait d’avoir un parking gratuit en face, facilite grandement la tranquillité et la mobilité On peut aller directement à Lerici en bus par un arrêt desservi, juste en face et dans l’autre sens l’hyper centre L’hôte est très accueillant et tout s’est très bien passé pendant le séjour
