All in all a very pleasant stay and we would love to come again.

Good location, very nice apartment with good equipment. Coffee machine with very good coffee. Warm and comfortable bathroom with spacious bathtub. Quiet surroundings. Nice balcony. Parking options are available nearby at the beach from 8 to 15 euros (parking garage) per day.

These are suggestions for improvement. It should be clearer from the description that one bedroom has no doors and only has a curtain. A blackout curtain would be desirable. No lighting at the gate, hard to see the buttons when entering the code. One small detail, in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen, that we missed was a whisk.

Die Gästen in der Etage oben drüber sind ein bisschen sehr steil gegangen und im Schlafzimmer ging die Heizung nur sporadisch, was bei zweistelligen Minustemperaturen ein bisschen ungünstig war

Vi gillade boendet väldigt mycket. Lägenhet var rymlig, låg väldigt bra och var väldigt fräsch.

Har inga som helst klagomål på boendet.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Appartement, mit Schlafzimmer und Schlafecke

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah und fußläufig zum Zentrum. Größe, Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind ansprechend und machen den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Das sogenannte zweite Schlafzimmer ist kein abgeschlossener Raum, sondern eine Raum-Ecke, im Durchgangsbereich am Flurende vom "richtigen" Schlafzimmer zum Bad, die mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt werden kann. Das ist weder der Beschreibung noch den Bildern zu entnehmen. Hier würde etwas mehr Transparenz und Ehrlichkeit (es ist nun mal kein zweites Schlafzimmer) gut tun.

Perfekte, zentral gelegene Wohnung! Super geeignet auch für Reisen mit Baby!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral! Von dort aus kann man vieles bequem fußläufig erreichen! Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, alles war total sauber! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir beinahe das Gefühl hatten, selber dort zu wohnen :D Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Einfach Großartig

Großartig, alles ordentlich und sauber, gut geschlafen in den Betten, perfekte Lage, 5 Minuten bis zur Einkaufsstraße

Mit Auto sollte man einfach im Parkhaus um die Ecke Tiefgarage City parken , da sonst alles mit Parkschein für 2 Stunden begrenzt ist.

Toller Start ins Jahr 2025 in einem tollen Appartement.

Es ist eine super schöne moderne Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Sehr gerne wieder.

Parkplatz ist in Rostock sehr schwierig und teuer. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Mit Bahn und Straßenbahn vom Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar.

Tolles und großzügiges Appartement, in super Lage, mit bestem Service der Vermietung.

Das eine Doppelbett ist verhältnismäßig klein und leider nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Die Ruhe ist durch die Lage als Durchgang ziemlich eingeschränkt.

Super Lage für die Stadterkundung

Das zweite Sclafzimmer ist zum Wohnraum offen, bei uns vier Freundinnen kein Problem gewesen. Bei einer Reise mit zwei Paaren fände ich einen Hinweis in der Beschreibung hilfreich.

Die großzügige Raumgestaltung, die hochwertige Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit des Apartments.

Die bereitgestellte WLAN-Verbindung ist deutlich zu langsam. Insbesondere für junge Leute ein No-Go. Meine Jungs haben ihr gesamtes mobiles Datenvolumen verbraucht. Zudem war der bereitgestellte NETFLIX-Zugang aufgrund der unzureichenden WLAN-Verbindung nicht nutzbar. Der Streaming-Dienst blieb an allen Tagen bei 25% hängen. Schade!

Sehr gut! Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, sehr komfortabel und nobel eingerichtet, die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Gastgeber sendete alle Informationen die man wissen musste zuverlässig im Vorhinein, er was sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
