Sehr schöne Apartments mit Blick auf die Warnow zu einem guten Preis. Stylisch eingerichtet. Top ausgestattet. Top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut belüftet, sodass die Fenster geschlossen bleiben können, da diese direkt an der Straße liegen. Parkplätze sind gegenüber am Stadthafen ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch gebührenpflichtig von 8 - 19 Uhr! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut, antwortet sehr schnell freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Warnow ist toll, inclusive Sonnenuntergang.
Leider war der Herd kaputt. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da man in einer Wohnung fest damit rechnet. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, was unpraktisch ist. Eine Klobürste sollte eigentlich zur Grundausstattung gehören…

Das Apartment ist großzügig vom Platz und sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden.
Die Töpfe waren nicht richtig sauber. Außerdem war es ziemlich staubig hinter den Vorhängen, unter dem Sofa und unter dem Bett. Da man die Heizung überhaupt nicht regeln konnte, waren die Nächte total unangenehm, weil es einfach unerträglich warm war. Durch das ständige Lüften und den Durchzug wurde der Staub dann erst recht aufgewirbelt.
