Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
Die Toilette war für Leute die größer als 1.70 m sind unbequem.

Sehr schöne und große komfortable Ferienwohnung mit Garten - mitten in Rostock . Alles fußläufig erreichbar und ideal für Shopping und unternehmungen.

Für uns als Familie war es perfekt! Erdgeschoss, Garten, viele Schlafzimmer, schöne Einrichtung, sauber, sehr gute Anbindung. Nette und gut erreichbare GastgeberInnen, tolle Umgebung, einfacher Check-In und -Out. Wir haben uns sehr vor der Parkplatzsituation gefürchtet, aber es gibt kein Anwohnerparken und man findet leicht was, wenn man nicht zu spät abends kommt (vor 19 Uhr). Als uns das einmal doch passierte, haben wir umsonst auf der nahen Hauptstraße geparkt. Morgens konnte man direkt wieder umparken, bevor die Gebührenzeit begann, da war alles wieder leer.
Tatsächlich hat das Haus viele Geräusche gemacht: Lüftung im.Bad, scheppernde Haustür, knarzender Boden, dröhnendes Nachbarsgetrampel... Aber dafür eben auch viel Altbaucharme! :-)

Sehr sehr schöne und Komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz für jeden. Der Garten ist Mega schön und die Lage unschlagbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
