Alles - besonders der Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet 👍 allerdings hat uns eine Salatschüssel hat gefehlt und ein vernünftiger Flaschenöffner 😉 wir konnten uns aber behelfen.

Fantastisch gelegen accommodatie en van veel gemakken voorzien. Supermarkt en andere voorzieningen in directe omgeving en slechts een 25 minuten wandelen van het centrum van Rostock. Vanuit het appartement sta je zo aan de kade met heerlijk uitzicht over de baai. Perfecte plek om even een drankje te doen, te zitten en de tijd voorbij te laten gaan. Rostock ligt verder heel centraal om mecklenburg vorpommern te verkennen.
Host is niet geïnteresseerd in hoe het gaat of hoe het verblijf bevalt. Hij stuurt vooral mails met het verzoek geld neer te leggen bij vertrek. De vraag of je wilt kunnen parkeren bij het complex tegen betaling is op zijn minst misleidend aangezien je op nog geen 3 meter van deze parkeerplaats gratis kunt parkeren.

Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wohnung ist gut isoliert, sodass man vor Nachbarn und Außenwelt seine Ruhe hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Reinigungszustand war nicht gut. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und er nahm Kontakt mit der Reinigungskraft auf. Es bleibt also die Hoffnung das zukünftige Mieter ein sauberes Quartier vorfinden. Teppiche und Couch benötigen eine Grundreinigung oder müssen getauscht werden. Ein Staubsauger zu haben ist schön, wenn der Beutel nicht voll ist und nach Hund riecht ist er noch schöner. Wir haben erstmal geputzt bevor wir auspacken konnten.
