The location was great. The room was clean and quiet and had everything I needed.

I hadn't realised that breakfast isn't provided. This was a drawback for me as I was on a tight schedule.

Everything! In the town centre but no noise around, very comfortable room and lovely staff.

Unfortunately no breakfast option, although aware of this prior to stay. When we went for breakfast at 9am found very few places offering breakfast so was disappointed at the limited choices available

The husband is very nice; the wife can be quite unpleasant. Everything else was basically fine: rooms can get stuffy, the usual narrow steep staircases. Easy parking right in front. Good location for easy walk to the shops.

The room was quite stuffy, there turned out to be a piece of wood to keep the one window open but it was hidden behind curtain, so I used tea kettle, it slipped out when the piece of wood revealed itself. Next morning I apologized profusely, offered full compensation for any damage (never "shrugged", my goodness!). Husband went round back, found it said it was fine, no damages, no problem. And went back to reading. But the wife wouldn't let it go and went on....and on. I just stood there and took it, but unnecessarily unpleasant. Warning: the 3rd floor shower is "an adventure" with sharp changes in temp, but that just comes with older plumbing.
