Good location but incredibly loud nightclub downstairs
Good central location
The nightclub - the music was exceptionally LOUD, with the bass pumping through the building until 2am. The courtyard, downstairs from our top floor window, was also very loud with revellers shouting and singing until 2am. Felt like the nightclub was in the room.

I won’t come back to the hotel again.
Genuinely I was satisfied with the room. Clean and warm.
There was a party until 2am, which I didn’t know before booking and paid. The staff explained about that it might be a bit noisy. However it was unbearably noisy. The music was so loud and people were talking loudly outside, which was next to my room window. My partner and I couldn’t sleep until 2am and are very upset about the noise.

Very, very disappointed, over priced. Didn’t sleep well at all, couldn’t find anyone in the morning to inform.
The property was at a function a friend and myself had been invited to.
The male staff member on duty watched us both struggle with our luggage up the stairs and didn’t offer a helping hand . The room was dirty, cold and needed a good renovation and deep clean. There were 3 windows in our room that rattled all night long and kept us awake with a dreadful draft coming under the gap in the door . We ended up using our coats over us, as the blankets provided which were rolled up in the bottom of the wardrobe smelt of damp . Please find below photos of dirt in the room, I have more photos of broken and dirty banister and a video to demonstrate the noise and movement of the window if needed

Nice people make for a nice stay.
After a nightmare with the first reservation we had made that night (the other hotel was closed!), the kind staff was a much-needed improvement! They made access and parking easy, and recommended a good restaurant.
