Lovely flat for a weekend in Portovenere, great location.

The location of the flat was absolutely great, very close to the port and to the main restaurant area. The flat was clean, but a bit dusty with some spider webs here and there. Bedsheets and towels were fresh, bathroom and kitchen are were very clean too. So the most important elements were OK!

The view and the location definitely come back with a price to pay and that is the noise of the big tour ferrys back and forth. It was a bit complicated to collect the keys, as there is no automatic system and the host does not live in Portovenere. We were one hour late because we got a bit lost and the host got pretty annoyed - which makes sense if you need to travel especially to drop a key. Maybe we were also wrong in not suggesting a check in window, rather than an exact time, so do take this into consideration when checking in and planning your trip there. The flat has no WiFi (mentioned in the details of the flat, but definitely omitted when booking), so if you don't have a generous roaming data plan, it can be quite pricy to navigate the web, which is quite necessary these days, when we use the internet so much to move around. Also, the AC is situated in the master bedroom only, closed with a glass wall/window. The other two bedrooms are literally set up on the hallway and with no cooling system except for tiny fans. There is no AC on the ground floor either, so if you are traveling during the same it is a bit of a melt.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment. It is a bit further from the beach (30 minutes walk), but the friendly hostess provided us with bicycles.

Good location for exploring the world-famous Liguria coast

Incredible hospitality. Very homely and comfortable. Fantastic cleanliness and host's attention to every detail. Three lovely bedrooms are very spacious and sunny. Everything needed for comfortable accommodation is available here. Pleasant and picturesque residential area. Even the City of Sestri Levante itself deserves the highest praise. It takes up to 2 (two, really) minutes to get to the highway entrance from building parking, it's just nearby. The Metropolitan City of Genoa as well as famous Portofino, incredible CinqueTerre or cozy La Spezia can be reached in just an driving hour from here.

Yes, this is not the city center or the seashore at all. So it can be some difficult for you to stay here without a car. On other hand, owners offer bicycles for rent, which is very appropriate.

Apprezzatissima la cortesia e la disponibilità della Signora Paola.

Vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada, comodo il parcheggio nel condominio. Comodissimo al centro e al mare grazie alle bicilette che la Signora Paola ci ha preparato e messo a disposizione. In una zona tranquilla l'alloggio è pulito, luminoso e silenzioso
