Friendly and comfortable

Great for cyclists! Very friendly hosts, easy to access and safe bike storage on a terrace. Clean rooms and good beds. Excellent communication, we made a last minute reservation and got instructions on how to find the property within 15 minutes.

It would be nice to have access to a mini kitchen with things like an electric kettle, fridge and microwave oven.

Very nicely located, in a beautiful landscape. It was very sunny when we were there, was really beautiful to sit on the balcony. Hosts are really nice people, very positive.

Amazing Host & Home!

We are hosts ourselves, but Luca truly set the bar higher—he’s the best host we’ve ever met! He did a fantastic job renewing the place: everything feels brand new, beautifully decorated, very spacious, with stunning views of the mountains. The fresh, cool air and the air conditioner were a blessing in the summer heat. Luca is extremely kind, helpful, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He shared amazing local tips for beaches and restaurants that really made our trip special. He’s always available and willing to help, which made us feel completely taken care of. Highly recommend—thank you, Luca!

Abbiamo ricevuto una super accoglienza fatta di gentilezza, disponibilità e piccoli gesti. La camera era carina, accessoriata, spaziosa, con un terrazzino. Parcheggio gratuito appena fuori dalla struttura.

Il secondo letto era molto duro. Ci abbiamo messo un po' a riscaldare la camera.

Posizione buona gestori molto gentili parcheggio interno non c'era la colazione ma i gestori ci facevano trovare un pezzo di torta con succo di frutta al mattino e una bottiglitta d'acqua camera spaziosa così pure il bagno con doccia pulizia molto buona

Mi permetto di sottolineare che alcuni accessori tipo asciugamani sono da migliorare
