Great stay !

Very nice place, cosy apartment where you feel at home. All necessary equipment available. Only washout is the height as the apartment is in the attic. If you are tall this can be a little painful. Useful parking spot but be aware this is for a little car. 15 min walk to Riva beach, if you want to get to Sestri, either use a car of very easy by bikes.

really nice apartment with a lot of issues

really nicely furnished and with love to detail, decoration and helpful stuff everywhere. it was quite spacious, very clean and modern the couch is quite comfortable to sleep on nice view down on the city since the apartment is on the top floor (in the attic)

- every time you shower you flood the bathroom since the shower curtain is practically useless (the floor has a lot of water damage already) - A/C is much too weak for the whole apartment and took half a day to even cool the main room (we had to sleep in the living room on the pullout couch since there was no A/C in the bedroom and it was like a sauna the whole day long. the A/C in the living room is not strong enough to cool the bathroom or any of the two bedrooms) - apartment is really hard to find with no directions provided on booking.com - there is absolutely no parking except if you're lucky to find one of the rare spots in the side street - there is no washing machine in the apartment as advertised - extremely difficult to have a normal checkin, no flexiblility regarding checkin times and for both checkin and checkout the person came much too late) - there is an elevator but you still need to walk to the last floor - its quite far away from the ocean and any shops or restaurants - the ceilings are so low, you can only walk strait in the living room (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms all very low) - even the lighter for the gas oven was empty - apartment is not in any way 500m from any beach or the sea. It takes a very hot walk of more than 1km down a hill to get to the closest beach

Appartamento completo di tutto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

Posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e 20 dal centro del paese. Appartamento accogliente, con tutto ciò che serve, al quarto piano con ascensore e parcheggio riservato nel cortile del palazzo con cancello. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare, ed è presente anche la lavatrice. Il condizionatore è in soggiorno, mentre nelle camere sono a disposizione due ventilatori (l’appartamento è interamente mansardato e durante il nostro soggiorno le temperature sono state tra i 20 e i 30 gradi e siamo stati molto bene).

In camera e in bagno il soffitto è abbastanza basso essendo appunto un appartamento completamente mansardato, quindi se si è alti bisogna tenere conto di questo aspetto.

Bel mare ma pessimo alloggio

La posizione e il chek in veloce e preciso

L appartamento era pieno di muffa, il frigorifero rotto, gas mal funzionante e la sera poco illuminato il prezzo pagato alla settimana è troppo elevato La cucina è ben fornita ma l altezza non consente di muoversi con facilità Il legno della cucina è pieno di muffa e gonfio di acqua Il frigorifero altre ad essere piccolo e scomodo era rotto sia nello sportello del frizer (tenuto con una molletta) che nel deposito interno del frigo sistemato con lo scoch Inoltre il pavimento risultava bagnato vicino alla porta e lo è stato per tutto il soggiorno La sera era molto buio e i lampadari messi non avevano nel loro interno le lampadine Direi che 1300 euro per una settimana è stato un vero furto al massimo andava chiesto visto la cosa evidente 800 e di questo me ne dispiaccio perché tutto era molto evidente ed innegabile Era il nostro secondo anno in quel appartamento ma da un anno alla altro c è stato un vero e proprio deterioramento. Sarebbe stato opportuno avvisare e insieme decidere o scontate il prezzo a seguito della risposta sulla vostra leggerezza nel dare il voto reprico che la leggerezza è data da chi vuole a tutti i costi affitare un appartamento e lucrare sulle persone che decidono di fidarsi e pagano in anticipo forse è vero 1 è gia fin troppo perche se vennisse effettuata un verifica nella complessita credo che non verrebbe ragginto e per quanto riguarda il frigorifero direi che essendo agosto divenda indispensabile non solo necessario. la muffa era evidente e anche furbamente coperta con vassoi e accessori ..Non mi serve mentire basta non venire piu . la recensione mi è stata chiesta da Booking . se non le volete basta non chiederle .

Logement bien placé, cosy et très confortable

L'appartement est très joli, propre dans l'ensemble, quartier très calme. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (poêles, casseroles d'excellente qualité), la clim est un vrai plus surtout pour un logement sous les toits, place de parking réservée appréciable, ascenseur. Bref, appartement très cosy, bien équipé 👍, attention à la tête quand même 😂

Le frigo (il va être changé prochainement donc plus de soucis à venir), des stores plus occultants au niveau des velux seraient top (l'été très compliqué de dormir après 7h à cause de la lumière), la place de parking n'est pas adaptée pour un gros véhicule (un van long dans notre cas), mais ça rentre quand même.

Non si può definire attico elegante un sottotetto mansardato dotato di velux. Per definizione universalmente riconosciuta attico è l'appartamento situato all'ultimo piano di un edificio, generalmente arretrato, dotato di terrazzo o quanto meno di balconi. Vivamente sconsigliato a chi è più alto di m. 1,70
