Excellent , responsive host. Great spacious apartment away from the main centre but still walkable.
Quiet location but still walkable to train station & beach. We didn’t have a car but enjoyed the 20min walk to beach. Host gives clear instructions for check in and rubbish recycling and was responsive & helpful when needed. We also really appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days. Great simple apartment with everything we needed. Would stay again

Very nice appartment for a holiday in Sestri Levante with great beaches near
Appartment was big, silent and nice, two bedrooms, livingroom and fully equipped kitchen with washing machines. Big balcony around livingroom and bedroom. I would have stayed longer. Wifi is fast and good and there is a parking place for a small car. Walking distance to the sea and center is about 25 minutes 1,7 km.
Recycling of the garbage is a little bit confusing. They collect organicwaste on one day and mixt waste on an other, bottles next day etc. and you have to place them on the road with certain colour bucket. It is easy if you have a car then you continue driving the same road up where you live a bit further, less than 1 km. There are garbage cans for all kinds of trash.
