Comfortable apartment in the heart of town

Central Location, two TV‘s to watch the World Cup. All devices were clean and functional.

Missing some accessories, e.g. sponge or dishwasher liquid to clean pots, not enough toilet paper.

Excelente place nicely located close to Baia del Silenzio

Superb location. Right in the centre of a lively but yet quiet place. Room was very comfy and have everything you need. Fabio was a superb host, very friendly and shown us all the places nearby for food and shopping groceries. Definitely stay there again! Apartment is close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, walks, supermarkets, shopping, gelateria, pasticerias, etc…… everything you will need for a truly Italian holidays!

Location is great.We love staying in Via XXV Aprile.Beatiful apartment in a beatiful building.For the last 4 years we spend our summer holidays in Sestri and now this is our favorite apartment.Host Fabio is really friendly and helpful.When you need something . he is easy to reach.I recommend his restaurant Trattoria Turin too.

Very good

Fantastic location in the heart of Sestri Levante; the apartment is an object lesson in making the most available space. It was very well equipped, planned, laid out and decorated. The owner was extremely helpful too, and his nearby bar and restaurant are highly recommended.

Superb

The apartment is beautifully renovated and Immaculate. Everything works perfectly, from the large shower to the efficient heating and well equipped kitchen The location could not be more central. Fabio is friendly and helpful.

The double bed is on a mezzanine with very low ceiling and anyone taller than 1.70 cannot stand up straight

LOCATION-central & fabulous.Had a washing machine, which we appreciated as traveling for 3 weeks.

Stairs to bedroom rather steep & pretty low ceiling for tall person. Just know there are 4 flights of stairs to apartment. Owner did help us with one bag.

Superb

Location is great, in the middle of town, right at the beautiful beach. The studio is really clever designed, making optimal use of the space. Fabio is a great host, quick to answer questions.

We travelled with small kids, and would not recommend renting the studio. The stairs were quite dangerous for them. The bed was not too comfortable. Fabio provide some extra linnen to ease it a bit, but it was not great.

Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere.

La posizione nella zona pedonale in centro è fantastica, appena si scende in strada ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si può avere bisogno. Il proprietario Fabio è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha seguito in tutte le cose di cui avevamo bisogno appena arrivati. Anche il parcheggio a pochi minuti dall'appartamento molto comodo.

Il letto sul soppalco non è comodissimo da sistemare, ma considerato tutto va più che bene.

La Baia del silenzio posto magnifico

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, appartamento moderno e molto funzionale in pieno centro storico a pochi passi dalla Baia del silenzio. Fabio il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, l'appartamento al mio arrivo era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quanto necessario per le mie vacanze. Super consigliato!!!

Alojamiento limpio, ubicación genial, como en las fotos Fabio fue muy amable y acogedor Cerca de supermercado y un paseo maritimo bonito Cerca tambien de la estacion de tren

Algun detalles a mejorar que ya comente a Fabio como dejar alguna botella de shampoo o gel Habia un ligero ruido a veces por la noche que para una persona de dormir ligero puede influenciar

De locatie is geweldig. Het appartement is gezellig en ruim genoeg. Faciliteiten zijn goed. Airco helpt, omdat we sliepen op de entresol en het warm was. Fabio is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Sestri Levante è una località magica. Vale la pena conoscerla almeno una volta nella vita.

Appartamento molto bello, completamente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. La posizione è in pieno centro storico, a pochi metri dalla meravigliosa baia del silenzio. Un punto a favore importantissimo il posto auto a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Il proprietario ci ha accolti con molta disponibilità spiegandoci tutto il necessario.

La scala che dall'ingresso sulla strada porta all'appartamento, è molto impegnativa se si ha una certà età, e se si hanno problemi di deambulazione.

Ci è piaciuto molto, anche i locali e la cordialità degli esercenti e degli abitanti.

Tutto, in particolare la posizione dell'alloggio nell'istmo di Sestri, vicinissimo alle due spiagge, la Baia del Silenzio a 1 minuto a piedi. Alloggio pulito e super funzionale; piccolo neo per chi ha problemi motori, la presenza di una rampa di scale per accedere all'alloggio. Host disponibilissimo e gentile.

Séjour Sestri levante

Très bel emplacement , bien situé dans la vieille ville de sestri Levante avec restaurant et magasin à proximité et transport assez proche. Jolies randonnées à effectuer.

Appartement légèrement sombre mais tout même très tres agréable.
