Great place in a perfect location

Location is central to everything we wanted to do! A little tricky to find the door. Might want to mention it's on the back side of the building. Soft towels and plenty of them. Thanks for the extra water!

A few shampoo/conditioner/soap samples for the bathrooms would be a nice addition.

Posizione fantastica in palazzo di 5 piani, bellissima vista dal terrazzo sul tetto.

Vista mozzafiato sia dall appartamento che dal terrazzo! Posizione centralissima comodo a tutto. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.

La casa potrebbe essere più pulita. Le magnifiche finestre sul centro erano molto opache! Moltissima polvere sotto i letti. Essendo fruibile da 6 persone non c erano cuscini extra, anche il tavolo della cucina era da 4 abbondante ma 6 strettini e non c erano 6 sedie da pranzo. Inoltre forniscono solo un paio di chiavi che servono anche per usufruire dell ascensore. Arricchirei anche di bicchieri e posate la cucina e qualche scodella da colazione. L’ascensore è molto stretto. Non ci sono stracci o tappeti extra per la cucina e uno solo per il bagno. Consiglio anche un manuale di istruzioni per l uso degli elettrodomestici specialmente la piastra a induzione.

Super Lage!

Lage optimal, in der Nähe von Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bar, Apotheke und sonst Shops. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und es hat einen kleinen, engen Lift. Das Gepäck kann somit nach oben befördert werden ohne zu schleppen. Darina kam 5 Min. nach unserer Ankunft und war super nett und zuvorkommend. Es fehlten Batterien in der TV Fernbedienung und in der von der Klimaanlage und sie hat es uns am nächsten Morgen um 9:30 Ihr vorbei gebracht.

Küche: Ich habe eine grosse flache Pfanne vermisst, zum Glück hatte ich eine von zu Hause dabei. (Induktionsherd) Gewürze, Salz, Öl, fehlen wie oft üblich. Das rote Bettgestell ist ziemlich hoch und ich fand das nicht so praktisch. Die Matratzen waren eine Spur zu hart, aber eigentlich sehr gut. Man versank nicht darin. -:( nicht gut finde ich, dass man eine Penalty zahlen muss (wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben), wenn man nicht zw. 15&18 Uhr eincheckt; und zwar ist das fix geregelt wieviel man zu zahlen hat-je nach Verspätung. Wir kamen um 21:30h an und haben 40€ bezahlt. Ab 22h zahlt man 60€ Strafe.

Da ripetere!

Appartamento ampio, pulito e corredato di tutto l'occorrente. Vista dal terrazzo magnifica! Posizione perfetta per accesso al centro storico, a negozi di prima necessità (supermercato, farmacia, ecc), alla spiaggia, alla stazione, al porto e vicinissimo anche ad un parco giochi ideale per bimbi piccoli.

L'ascensore è stretto e parte dal piano rialzato. Per caricare e scaricare le valige non c'è un posto dedicato lungo la strada adiacente che è molto trafficata ed ha solo uno spazio di sosta per i pullman

Es war sehr schön, aber auch etwas mühsam.

Der Standort war super, die Grösse der Wohnung war ideal und auch von der Terasse hatte man schöne Aussicht!

Im Booking.com steht die zwar die richtige Adresse, aber ist am falschen Ort markiert. Habe lange gesucht und telefoniert, bis wir einander dann gefunden haben. Es wurde sich nicht wirklich Zeit genommen um mir alles zu erklären. Wohin kann ich den getrennten Müll bringen? Für den Kehricht gab es kein Kpbel oder Sack, also habe ich selber einen Sack organisiert und denn auf die Fensterbank gestellt/an die Rollade drangehängt. Wie komme ich auf die Terasse und muss ich da etwas beachten? Zusätzlich funktioniert die Rollade im Bad nicht und der Regen hat dort durch die Fenster gesickert. Ein Tag vor meiner Abreise musste ich mich beim Putzdienst melden, um welche Zeit ich gerne gehen möchte, damit ich dann den Schlüssel abgeben kann. Die hatten 45 Minuten Verspätung..!
