Large, close to the sea, overlooking a very busy pedestrian street with outdoor restaurants
Our hostess was exceptionally kind and caring. After a hot and sleepless night, she brought two fans and then an air purifier, that helped a bit. The beach is is within 50 meters.. exceptionally close. The apartment is rather large, even though a bit cluttered with furniture (half of it will never be used by guests..). So, I would recommend small remodeling and clearing half of the furniture.. Otherwise, there is everything except the air conditioning
The bedroom windows are overlooking a noisy street (and the apartment is on the 1st floor). So, the noise is there, especially between 7pm and 3am.. as there is an open air restaurant just below..One has to close the windows in order to sleep, but if it is a hot night, this becomes a problem. The apartment will definitely benefit from having an AC. I believe the owner will installing it soon!

Zentrale Wohnung in historischem Gebäude, optimal für Urlaub am Strand
Tolle Lage im Zentrum, ganz nah an zwei Stränden. Sehr altes Haus mit geschwungenen bemalten antiken Decken, Marmorboden, wunderbare Eingangstür.
Wenig Fenster, schwer durchzulüften, nachts laut, wenn man das Fenster offenlies; heiß, wenn nicht. Ein Schlafraum und das Wohnzimmer waren innen und hatten kein Fenster.

Sestri im Zentrum
Die Wohnung ist sehr interessant eingerichtet. Alle Gerätschaften sind da und funktionieren. Die Betreuung durch Cristina war wirklich hervorragend, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beide Strände in Sestri sind nur jeweils 1 Minute entfernt, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. direkt in der Nähe, man braucht kein Auto. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum eines Touristenortes, daher ist sie etwas für Personen, die Strand und Ausgehen mögen. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte eine andere Lage wählen.

Un apartamento con un encanto especial. Agradecer a Cristiana su atención, fue un ángel con nosotros, después de que sufrieramos un retraso grande en el transporte a nuestra llegada. La decoración de las estancias es mágica y acogedora, los espacios muy amplios. El emplazamiento es perfecto para visitar Sestri, con tiendas y restaurantes en la misma calle.
Nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos, incluso para movernos con carrito de bebé, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un primero sin ascensor, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida.
