Excellent - good.

Location is excellent! Would definitely come back with family. Clean, Good Air Con, walking distance to city-center and the beach (worked well for family with 3 kids - 3, 4, 7 yos)

Not clear how/where to dispose garbage (lots of shouting from neighbors). Overall very clean! (we were just lucky to find someone's panties hidden within the sofa when we opened the sofa-bed)

Bad

We didn't have Internet for the entire apartment. The owners came back to us only after two days. I had to buy a SIM card for the whole family. Also, the hot water in the shower wasn't enough for everyone, and it caused a lot of damage. I will ask for compensation of NIS 60 for this medicine.

Rilassante e divertente

Vicinanza al mare e al centro piccola pecca il servizio clienti veramente scomodo e un piccolo problema con il codice d’accesso all’inizio, peraltro tutto divino. Dal momento che si bypassare il servizio clienti e si parla direttamente con qualcuno, tutto è più facile e più comodo.

Appartamento ben fornito ma con troppi difetti

L’appartamento è molto fornito e dotato di vari elettrodomestici molto comodi per il soggiorno (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, aspirapolvere, condizionatore) ed è molto ben accessoriato.

Ci sono molti difetti piuttosto gravi che andrebbero sistemati e che non giustificano un prezzo decisamente troppo elevato per l’appartamento in questione. 1. In sala ci sono delle enormi finestre che non si riescono a oscurare in quanto ci sono delle veneziane mezze rotte che non si riescono a tirare giù e per chi dorme nel divano letto è un bel problema. Noi abbiamo contattato l’assistenza che è intervenuta diversi giorni dopo che l’abbiamo contattata e quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire per parecchi giorni con la luce che inonda la stanza appena sorge il sole 2. Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto diverse difficoltà nell’accedere prima al palazzo e poi all’appartamento (i link mandati via mail non funzionavano). Per accedere alla porta d’ingresso serve un codice che inizialmente non funzionava ma poi grazie all’aiuto dell’assistenza siamo riusciti ad accedere. 3. Quando piove si verificano delle perdite d’acqua in sala e nella camera coi letti singoli che rischiano di danneggiare oggetti lasciati nel posto sbagliato e che comunque andrebbero sistemate 4. Le finestre in sala sono difficili da aprire e un po’ difettose infatti nella chiusura bisogna stare attenti a non farsi male 5. In cucina il rubinetto del lavandino è ballerino e andrebbe fissato bene al lavabo 6. In bagno la doccia ha le porte a scorrimento che non sono fissate in basso e quindi sono un po’ pericolose coi bambini perché sono volanti 7. Le finestre delle due camere sono chiuse con una vite e non si possono aprire per far arieggiare la stanza. 8. La pulizia dell’appartamento dovrebbe essere più attenta e scrupolosa perchè noi abbiamo trovato un paio di mutande da uomo e due paia di calze in un cassetto della camera da letto (probabilmente degli ospiti che ci hanno preceduto) Nel complesso l’appartamento è bello ma avendo tutto questi difetti non ci tornerei a meno che non vengano risolti tutti i problemi elencati.
