My friend and I are very happy with our stay at this property. The location was excellent (very close to the train station and beaches) and the rooms were very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The balconies attached to the rooms were also a lovely touch. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She tried her best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Deceiving guests with fake breakfast
I want to make it clear for everyone, there is no breakfast at this property. The owner advertises breakfast but only vacuum packaged pastries with preservatives are provided and you can make your own coffee. This is not breakfast it's lying.

Appartamento spaziosossimo e posizione perfetta.
Appartamento estremamente spazioso e completo di tutto. 3 camere da letto, cucina, soggiorno, bagno - perfetto per una permanenza lunga. Posizione eccezionale, attaccata al centro ed alla spiaggia (non più di 10 minuti a piedi). Check in e check out indipendenti, oste veramente gentilissima e pronta ad aiutare in ogni momento. Parcheggio gratuito a due passi.

Tolle Unterkunft für Badeurlaub und Erkundung der umliegenden Orte und Städte Liguriens.
Tolle Altbauwohnung mit viel Platz und funktioneller Einrichtung. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Mein Highlight: die beiden Balkone. Ausserdem ist man schnell an der Landzunge von Sestri Levante, am Strand sowieso in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Den Bahnhof erreicht man auch ganz schnell, ideal um beispielsweise einen Ausflug nach Genua zu machen. Dann kann das Auto einfach auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden eingezäunten Parkplatz bleiben. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Parkplätze mit Parkscheibe, dann kann man kurz anhalten um auszuladen.
