A lovely, spacious apartment close to so many restaurants and major tourist sites.
The check in process was a bit clunky.

Location and spaciousness of apartment was great.
Sofa bed not great and would have loved another bathroom for 7 adults.

Responsive staff, helpful and would go out of way to help. 5 out of 5 stars for the staff.
Broken lights and fixtures, strong unpleasant odour from aircon and off entrance, dirty appliances, far from main attractions apart from st castel angelo.
