A beautifully appointed apartment in an amazing location…we had essentially all we needed and what we didn’t there was a grocery market just across the street. Sabrina was in close contact with me and we felt well looked after.

No dislikes at all, only suggestions; perhaps running through the initial self check in/access and tightening it up would bring peace of mind. That said I want to stress that while we had a hiccup the response for assistance was immediate. 😊🙏 We also wanted to suggest perhaps more than one set of towels, dish towel for a 7 day stay and finally perhaps some paper towels or napkins. Each time we ate in apartment we had to use the only dish towel for our hands. These were mild inconveniences and we absolutely loved the apartment, highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book here again on our return to Rome. ❤️

Broken lights and fixtures, strong unpleasant odour from aircon and off entrance, dirty appliances, far from main attractions apart from st castel angelo.
