Luxury Apartment in Via dei Cartari Spacious, Elegant, Central Rome

This location was fantastic. Our contact was very responsive and helpful with questions. She sent me detailed pictures along with addresses to leave our luggage and how to get the key to the apartment. The photos made things very clear. We were there during very hot days and it was nice to be able to go out in the morning, return for a few hours, and then go out again. I would recommend renting from this group and hope to do so again myself. Ways to improve the experience would include more bed pillows with cases, extra toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. All other supplies (laundry and dish soap were a good supply)

My husband was very annoyed that we had to pay 10 euros cash to store our luggage. I agreed that this would have been a nice courtesy inclusion as it is with many hotels.

Location and cleanliness

When I reserved through Booking.com I did not understand the importance of listing the number of guests. I listed only myself assuming if I’m reserving the place I had the place. When I added my wife and two adult children the price almost doubled and I was requires to pay the difference in cash outside of Booking.com. The staff at Booking.com were unhelpful. Five days later I stayed in a Booking.com property booked the same way (listing just me) and didn’t have an issue.

Bel et grand appartement avec belle hauteur sous plafond. Très calme. L’emplacement est excellent et la proximité du parking via Giulia qui permet de se garer sans entrer dans la ZTL est un plus. Monica était très serviable et de très bon conseil. Merci ☺️

L’appartement est très sombre contrairement aux photos. Manque d’éclairage. La climatisation ultra bruyante qui dérange même les voisins qui se plaignent tous les jours. La cuisine est sombre et sous-équipée : même pas une passoire pour faire des pâtes. Globalement, l’appartement manque d’entretien.

La ubicación y lo espacioso que era el salón.

Cosas varias. La primera es que nos encontramos con que era un segundo SIN ascensor y viajamos con una persona con problemas de movilidad. Además tuvimos que limpiar el polvo de los armarios, durante la ducha en algún momento siempre tocaba agua fría aunque nadie más tuviera grifos abiertos, dificultad para abrir armarios baño pequeño, solo dos rollos de papel higiénico para 4 personas 5 días, la mesa de la cocina estaba rota, en la habitación de dos camas las estanterías estaban casi sueltas.
