Casa Minerva Al Pantheon

Easy, serviceminded and effective upon arrival. Very structured and very accommondating hosts.

Casa Minerva was very spacious and comfortable. Incredibly well located and very safe access. Our host was very helpful and communicative, and offered to arrange drivers for us to get to and from the apartment.

My only suggestion would be to have spare/extra blankets at the apartment.

What a truly delightful apartment in the heart of historic Rome. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and local transit, yet the apartment itself was wonderfully quiet despite being in a vibrant area. The building has a lift, which made access simple. Although we never met Cristina or Cristian in person, they were exceptionally communicative and responsive via WhatsApp, and check‑in was seamless. The layout of the Casa Flava side of the apartment worked perfectly for our family, and each room was thoughtfully appointed. Our daughter slept comfortably in the living room. The décor was fresh and tasteful, and the rooftop patio was an unexpected and very welcome bonus. We loved our stay.

The shower was very small and not well sealed, so water tended to leak into the hallway. The floors could also have been cleaner. That said, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the overall peaceful and enjoyable experience of the apartment.

Very good communication with host in advance of trip. Able to check-in earlier. Spacious apartment. Although the kitchen was very small, the kitchen facilities were good. Excellent location. Access to the roof terrace /bar owned by the hotel which shares the same building.

€80 Euro cleaning supplement added to booking. As the apartment wasn’t cleaned during our stay, this was a supplement to check-in to a clean apartment! The floor was dirty, leaving bare feet/bottom of slippers filthy. The bidet leaked, soaking the floor when used. No access to mops so it was necessary to use the bathroom towels and the towels were limited to two people. Shower was very small and therefore difficult to move around in. Furnishings were ‘tired’ and we personally didn’t feel relaxed in the space. Air conditioning was very noisy during the night.
