Awesome location, spacious, clean and safe
Things somehow broken during our stay just bad luck but the elevator was fixed quickly. The WiFi stopped working the last night but we didn’t tell the host since it was late

Location is amazing.
Rooms were clean and beautifully furnished.
Ac and bathrooms worked well.
Entrance is in a quaint alley off the main path making for calm and quiet transition between hotel and the city.
Seeing the Pantheon first thing every morning is unbelievable.
Door handle on the inside wasn't attached, I think intentionally, so that you notice the sign that says you have to press a wall switch to open the door.

Location just next door to Pantheon.
Reasonably sound proofed from street noise.
Cramped accommodation.
Fourth floor with no lift, arthritic travellers would struggle to access.
Sink not draining properly.
Limited toiletries, miniature shampoo bottles, no conditioner.
