Location was fantastic - within walking distance of all major sites. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable.
You could hear noise coming from the street in the early hours of the morning and at night. Air conditioning was very loud. There was a strong smell of sewerage from the bathroom on our first night. There was a lot of bins to sort rubbish into.

Nice apartment in the center of Rome. Well equipped. Beautiful location and easy walking distance to all attractions. Very good communication with the owners. We had a great holiday in wonderful Rome.
The beds were a little too hard for my taste.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!
I did a lot of research into the best locations to stay for safety and access to the major tourist spots. This property was perfectly located within 20min or less by foot to all the major attractions (colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps, premium shopping area). Walking around at night felt perfectly safe.
It was also surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and a grocery/liquor store a short walk away.
Bit noisy at night but that’s typical throughout Rome. It’s a very busy city!
Access is via stairs but it’s only a single flight.
The building had a gas leak within the street connection so we ended up being moved to another one of their locations for the last two nights. Was just unlucky and no one’s fault. Staff helped carry our things to new location which was great.

The location is excellent, about half an hour walk from the most famous sights. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfy.
It’s a very busy and noisy neighborhood at night. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must.
