Simona is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect to cover from the Vatican to the Colosseum. A few good value bar and grocery options nearby for convenience. Ample coffee provided by Simona to start your day. In unit laundry!
We intended to eat out for all meals or just to reheat leftovers, so no experience with the kitchenette. Could see that being difficult for some.

Property was easy to access and very clean. We had dinner in some of the recommended restaurants and were very happy with the experience.

The flat was big with very comfortable beds. The AC worked great which was nice after returning from a hot day of walking around. Simona was accommodating with our bags both at the beginning and end of our stay. The location was great! Ps-the breakfast cafe right on corner across from apartment has wonderful pistachio croissants!
I wished the beds had two pillows per person.

Excellent property at the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Vatican and other attractions very comfortably. Lots to do around the area. Simone and her team made our stay super enjoyable.
