Casa Bella
Casa Bella is a stunning five-bedroom, five bath home, located in a gated community. Only a short walk to the calm waters of the Sound (Intracoastal coastal waterway) or a two block walk, about half a mile, to the Gulf of Mexico's with its famous white sand beaches and its emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious features, such as whitewashed wood flooring and stunning granite in the gourmet kitchen for your perfect beach vacation setting. In the garage there is a one of a kind entertainment area with its own kitchen with a large ice maker for those long beach days or for fishing outings. There is a charger for your electric vehicle.
Casa Bella sleeps twelve guests comfortably with 8 Adults & 4 Children. The gem of a master suite, is on the top floor, with a king sized bed. The bathroom has a soaker tub, 2 person shower is pure luxury. The 2 other guest rooms on the top floor have queen-sized beds with their own private bathroom suites. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. The main floor has one guest room with a queen-sized bed with its own private bathroom. The other guest room is the bunk room with a single on top, full on bottom and below the twin is a trundle, with a shared full bathroom.
You will fall in love with the soft beach décor throughout the home. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the living room that has room for the whole family. You will enjoy having family dinners in the dinning room. Next to the living room is a stunning enclosed Florida room with views of the Sound. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee.
Casa Bella offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the two decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.
There is also an outdoor shower, beach chairs for everyone. Outdoor grill. 2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 deposit. Additional 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent.
Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motorboat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well supplied for beach goers. Even though it’s not directly on the beach, the golf cart made that a nonissue.

We stayed here with family for 5 days and the house exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and has all needed amenities. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom too. There are quite a few stairs if traveling with anyone with mobility issues. Enjoyed the sandy area in the backyard as well.

We were completely satisfied with this entire rental experience. The house was cute, comfortable and offered everything we needed...plus things we didn’t even know we needed. All you really needed to do was bring your swimsuit, because everything else was there...towels, toys, pack and play and the golf cart...game changer for us!! I wish we had booked longer because we didn’t even get to fully enjoy all the fun spaces on the bottom level. WHEN we visit again, I will search first for this home. The communication before we arrived and during our stay was prompt, lighthearted and helpful! Our whole family was thoroughly pleased!!

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious just as described. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything you want. Chad was amazing! Answered any questions we had, gave recommendations of places to visit. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The water at the beach was beautiful!!We plan on a return visit.
