Tequila Sunrise is a stunning four-bedroom, three bath home, located in a gated community with stunning water views of the Inter-coastal Waterway! This home includes an elevator for easy access to each floor. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.
This upscale-home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Tequila Sunrise sleeps 13 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized beds in two of the guest bedrooms, and the bunk room has a full bed on bottom twin on top with a pull out trundle bed. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features comfortable furnishings along with a large smart TV. The shared full bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. Master includes king-sized bed, full bath and smart TV.
Tequila Sunrise offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the four decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tub. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.
There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience along with large picnic table for family enjoyment. Complimentary kayak and paddle boards offered throughout your stay. Deposit required
Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motor boat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

We loved our stay at this property for our annual family vacation. Access to golf cart and paddle board was a hit with our adult children. Area is quiet and family friendly. Able to see sunrise and sunsets at this time of year from bay side. Host was very responsive to our questions both before and after our stay. I must say this year the clean beaches and crystal clear water was the best I can recall! One negative was our 37 A beach access was often used by chair rental companies to set up as early as 7 am directly in front of walkway. Often times setting up 8 sets of chairs and umbrellas that were hardly used throughout day. It prevented guests such as us to have to walk further out to set up our tents and chairs. It seems like this was a dissatisfied for us as well as other local guests. We also got to witness 2 separate weddings at this beach access site.

Very convenient location. Everything was clean and in great working order. Comfortable beds and couches. The house was the perfect size for us - we had a group of 5: one adult and 4 high school/college-age kids. Our only complaint is that the ad didn't fully describe what was included. There was more than expected - which is a great thing. There were probably a dozen beach towels, several beach chairs and a pop-up shade for the beach included - which was great, but had the ad mentioned that, we wouldn't have wasted space bringing ours! Management company also is very direct in texts, in contrast to what I've found with many other rentals. It didn't bother me, but if you like a lot of personality or warmth in your communications with a host or management company, just know that that's not their style. You'll have all the info you need, just no hearts and flowers if you know what I mean. Overall, we loved our vacation there and would definitely rent this house again!

This house exceeded every expectation. Everything was wonderful! Having the golf cart to drive to and from the beach was a fun and wonderful convenience. There is no wasted space in this home and plenty of room for our family of 8. Lots of things for the kids to do and all of the luxury for the adults! Well worth the cost! The beach itself was magnificent, and the management company was very helpful and quick with any questions!

Overall the house was very nice. It was well equipped with all necessary items except you need a nonstick frying pan. The pictures are true except you have a dumpster from the very apartment complex in you back yard. The golf cart was a lifesaver and a must since you are not on the beach.
