This vacation rental features spans over 2,836 square feet and towers 3 stories high. The first living room and kitchen can be found on the second floor. The main living space offers ample room for each member of your party to cozy up and watch a movie. There is even a pool table available in the second-floor living room to fill your evenings with some friendly competition. The kitchen also comes fully equipped allowing you to prepare a movie night popcorn or take it a step further and whip up your family’s favorite home-cooked meal. Stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of seating at the dining table are available at your convenience. There is an additional living room on the third floor that boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding area including the Bay and Sound. Each bedroom comes with its own unique view and most of them even come with Smart TVs.

The good...Great location to the beach and felt safe to leave the doors unlocked during the day when we went to the beach. Beach is right across the street. Beautiful peaceful beach.House was clean, with plenty of space.The bad...The traffic on the weekends to get to a Walmart was horrible.I would have appreciated a few more staples left for us in the kitchen, such as coffee filters (for the 3coffee makers available) salt and pepper would have been nice. A little stingy on the dish soap and dishwasher pods, and no dishcloth only a sponge provided. The spiral staircase wasn't an issue much for our family, but it might be an issue for a family bringing older or elderly family members.Another thing we didn't realize until we arrived was our large SUV wouldn't fit under the house, so it had to sit outside in direct sunlight the whole time. That was a disappointment.The HUGE tv in the master was awkwardly blocked by one of the posts from the master bed, that was a little weird. I would have picked out a different style bed for that room.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this location. A new pool filter has been installed. The result - beautifully clean pool. On top of that, the location is fantastic. The quick access to the Santa Rosa sound for paddle boarding or fishing. Access to the gulf is a short 5min walk to a near private beach. Absolutely beautiful white sands. Well stocked kitchen and new outdoor grill. Great vacation location. I'd recommend 2wks if you can, to fully relax and unwind.

In all we were very happy with our stay. The home goad everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well appointed, beds and furniture was very comfortable, the pool was very clean and nice. We had one issue with a ceiling fan not working but made a call and was fixed within 20 mins. The only negative was the floors were very dirty in the house. Everything else was very clean and nice.

Our family had the best week at this amazing property! We are already looking to book it next year for our family vacation. No detail was left out. The property was amazing, clean, accommodating. The property management was so helpful and responsive with questions.
The kids were able to fish off the back of the house, play in the pool and venture across the street to the beach. The house is a gem! So many memories were made this week. We will definitely be staying here again!
