About this house rental
Pelican Landing at Navarre Beach is a Unique Home with a Wonderful location. Easy walking distance to the Sugary White Sands and Turquoise waters of the Gulf or the Serene waters and Soft sandy shores if the Santa Rosa Sound. The first floor of living space includes 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. Also on this level is a large family room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, laundry, Dining room and decks off of the front and back of the home. Each room in the house has its own balcony with sliding door and beautiful views of the gulf or the sound. The second floor of living space has 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed which is a full bed and a twin bed over top. There is also a twin trundle bed that can be easily used if desired. The 2 upstairs rooms are connected by a jack & jill bathroom and a large closet. The ground level has a garage with parking for golf cart, ample beach / sand toys, rafts, boogie boards, Beach chairs, Umbrellas, cooler, beach cart / wagon, kayak, spike ball, corn hole, and a full size refrigerator for drinks, ice, fishing bait or anything else. All items are for guest use to enjoy. Our golf cart is available for rent. We also provide beach towels, so no need to pack yours from home. A fan can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach access 37B is just around the corner and an easy walk or Golf cart ride. See arial view in photos. You can also walk just out the front door and strait across the street for a lovely unobstructed walk to the Santa Rosa Sound. This home has ample parking in driveway and a nice sandy back yard space. We hope to host you at Pelican Landing soon!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beach house and loved it again! The layout works great for three families. There is so much room to spread out and just a very short walk to the beach. We appreciated the water nozzle under the house to wash sand off before entering the house. The kids enjoyed the bikes which needed a bit of work on them but maintenance had already been scheduled to come the very next day. Janice was very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. The golf cart looked fun. The only disappointment we had was thinking we had full use of the golf cart during our stay but did not realize until we received final emails right before our rental date that you have to pay per day. Overall the house is beautiful, very spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had staying.

The highlight was the easy walk to the beautiful beach! Appreciated the numerous beach accessories provided. Was disappointed that only one of the bikes was working. Property Manager was helpful and easy to work with.

beaches were fantastic at this location. easy access to & from the property. lots of toys/bikes/beach equipment provided by the property. awesome space & amenities in the house for a group. great trip!
