Sand Dollar Cottage is a beautiful private home located in Navarre Beach, FL. Spoil yourself at this coastline property located one block from the local beach access. Relax on one of the three balconies and watch the watercolor sunsets while grilling some seafood from the local market. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home includes: An open concept floorplan on two levels, a large back deck off of the first floor with a gas grill, and plenty of parking.
The Space:
The first floor includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Two balconies: One balcony on the front of the home and one large balcony off the kitchen with gas grill. A living room area with a 42" flat screen HD TV and a half bath. A master bedroom with a king size bed and Private bathroom.
The second floor includes: Three bedrooms with a total of two queen-size beds and two twin-size beds. Two full-size bathrooms. An open loft for entertainment with a 42" HD TV, two full size futon beds, and a balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Visit the Navarre Beach Marine Park or The Navarre Beach fishing Pier and walk along the white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax at the beach and dine at one of the local restaurants nearby.

We booked this home for our annual family vacation. This was our 1st trip staying in Navarre. We chose this home for its location, wasn't too far from the beach access, and a short drive to restaurants, or site seeing along the coast. We arrived on our scheduled day and time with no issues, walked in the home and noticed a musty smell, and found a dehumidifier with instructions on use, no issue with that. As we were unloading I noticed the exterior steps leading up to the home separating from the house. and they felt very unstable as you walked up and down them. An email was sent notifying them about this issue. We unloaded and put away food. Day 2, we notice a couple dead roaches, as a property manager, I understand this can be an issue in rental homes. Another email sent, still no response about the stairs. After preparing dinner and seeing live roaches, we decided to leave the next morning. I sent another email stating we were leaving the property. Never heard from management at all.
