Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed + Ensuite with a step in shower & private balcony.
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed + Ensuite with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed (first floor) & shared hall bath with step in shower
Bedroom 5: 1 King bed (first floor) & shared hall bath with step in shower
OPTIONAL: Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room

Dog Friendly:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for the $335 pet fee. Owners must keep dogs on leash at all times and must clean up waste in the yard daily. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches (Gulf or Sound) in Santa Rosa County.

Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell cameras.
Accessibility: Climbing a large flight of stairs is required to enter this property. There is no elevator.
Pool Maintenance: The pool is maintained by the Home Owners Association and Community Management. No refunds or discounts will be provided if the pool is closed for maintenance.
Parking: The driveway and garage will accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. Street parking is not allowed and fines will apply.
Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

We love the atmosphere of this place! We have been coming many years and hope to keep coming to celebrate the beach including biking and bird watching. Close proximity to Pensacola Beach and great restaurants! Hosts are very accommodating

From the non crowded beaches to the low key bay our family enjoyed this amazingly located Villa. We went kayaking, fishing, swimming, bike riding, seashell hunting on the beach was a 10 out of 10. The sand toys and chairs that were provided was an extra bonus. Our Host was amazing and quick to respond to the few things that needed addressed. We are used to staying in the hustle and bussel in Pensacola but Narrve really is the most relaxing place. We will definitely be back. Sara 2024-2025

The place is great, but it could use a good handyman. The faucet in one of the bathroom tubs spun without engaging, same with a door knob in another bathroom. There were at least 5 other items that could have been fixed.
